Shipping & Delivery

For all New Zealand deliveries we offer free shipping and returns as per our Returns Policy​​. The one exception is sale items which are shipped at a $6.00 flat rate 

We use NZ Post International Courier for our shipping to overseas customers. This requires us to attach customs documentation to your parcel, detailing the value and description of the item shipped. All customs charges applied at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.  Please note that customs and duty taxes vary from country to country and you may be liable for extra charges to receive your item. Please check the policies of your country. before ordering.

All postage and packaging costs will be calculated at checkout. We can ship to most countries but only rates for our most regular destinations are listed below. If your country is not covered by these rates, please contact us to provide up-to-date costs for shipping to your location.

We are happy to use other reputable international courier services such as FEDEX on customer request. Additional charges will apply.
