Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be packed and shipped?
Our shipping days are usually Thursday and Friday as orders are most often shipped from our physical gallery in Wellington. Our open days are Thursday - Saturdays.
If you place your order outside of our open hours, it will be packed and shipped on our next open day.
Custom orders may ship directly from the artist to you - so may ship at different times.
How long does it take to get my order?
If you have ordered an item that is currently out of stock or is a custom order, there may be a wait of up to two working weeks, to allow the artist time to hand-make your order.
Shipping delays:
Occasionally, due to courier disruptions caused by inclement weather or a supply issue on a material being shipped to NZ, the time frame for making an item to order may be a little longer. The artists we work with all work from their own small studios, and like all of us humans are occasionally laid low by illness or injury. This can also (rarely) cause a longer delay.
Where there is any shipping or supply issue we will do all we can to keep you informed and check for other options.
What will shipping cost?
For all New Zealand deliveries we offer free shipping and returns as per our Returns Policy. The one exception is sale items which are shipped at a $6.00 flat rate.
Can you ship overseas?
We use NZ Post International Courier for our shipping to overseas customers. This requires us to attach customs documentation to your parcel, detailing the value and description of the item shipped. All customs charges applied at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs and duty taxes vary from country to country and you may be liable for extra charges to receive your item. Please check the policies of your country. before ordering.
All postage and packaging costs will be calculated at checkout. We can ship to most countries but only rates for our most regular destinations are listed below. If your country is not covered by these rates, please contact us to provide up-to-date costs for shipping to your location.
We are happy to use other reputable international courier services such as FEDEX on customer request. Additional charges will apply.
