Hydrangea & Aquamarine Stud Earrings

From Auckland-based jeweller Sally Herbert - each bloom is carved in solid sterling silver, with newly refined detailing that gives depth and softness to the petals. Suspended below each flower is a carved bead of natural aquamarine — a nod to the soft blue hydrangeas blooming just outside the studio windows. It’s not just there for colour (though it’s a perfect match); it’s there to hold place and memory. A quiet link between the jewellery and the garden that inspired it.

About the Artist: Sally Herbert is the Auckland-based jeweller behind HerbertandWilks jewellery. My design ethos is centred around pared-back simplicity.
