These detailed Pohutakawa Leaf Earrings by Herbert and Wilks have a 24ct gold layer applied on top of the unique texture on the leaf. The technique used is called Keum-Boo and uses a pure leaf of 24ct gold foil to bond to the surface of the bright silver. Each set of earrings will be slightly unique as the application of the gold to the leaf is always a little different.
