These earrings each feature a hand-woven whetū (star) in fine silver and sterling silver by Keri-Mei Zagrobelna.
These stars are woven in the same way flax fibres would be, to create a tiny hanging star. The process Keri-Mei uses to make this delicate piece is labour intensive and creates completely unique pieces every time.
Each star hangs on a handmade hook. The stars measure approximately 14mm in diameter.
Total length 29mm. Ear wires made from 0.7mm sterling silver wire.
